My background is in fashion PR, VIP and Marketing. I worked for Stuart Weitzman in NYC on the Global Marketing and VIP team, and before 2020 had no background in owning studios or teaching spin, just always had connecting people and marketing in my back pocket!

What's the energy of your room?
But also the most rewarding...bringing my two children into this world! From the long road with a lot of lessons in trusting your gut to making them to intense deliveries nothing has challenged me in that way.

Zero plans and a day to be present wherever that may take me, but it would definitely involve my family.

To ground, to feel, to find clarity, to re-route, for community & to LIVE!

My mother. cliché, yes, but if you know her, you get it.

Outside the room I am the Chief Marketing Officer for The Works brands and the Co-Owner of The Works Cycle
